The Thomastik AC112 Medium Light 12-59 pack contains pro-grade acoustic guitar strings that have been hand-crafted in Vienna, Austria. This Hybrid-Wound set combines roundwound and flatwound strings that feature Silk Inlay technology, meaning real silk fibres have been squeezed between the core and the winding to guarantee lower string tension compared to traditional strings with the same gauges, plus a beautifully soft, nylon-like sound.
The Thomastik AC112 Strings: Ideal for Older, More Fragile Guitars
The low E, A and D strings in this AC112 pack have a roundwound bronze-plated design which lends them the mass needed to produce rich tone. At the same time, the silk-covered round core is flexible enough to keep the string tension to a minimum, making these Thomastik Plectrum Hybrid strings the only right choice for older guitars with weakened bracing or other fragile parts. Then again, if you're simply looking for a fat sound with the supple feel of jazz strings, you also can't go wrong here.

Thomastik Infeld: Met grote afstand de beste snaren voor akoestische gitaren die ik ken! Heerlijk warm geluid dat vooral de klank van de gitaar zelf versterkt. Enige minpuntje van de Thomastiks is dat ze wat sneller moeten worden vervangen.
Lekkere snaren! Mellow sound en geen ongewenste bijgeluiden van je vingers die over de snaren glijden. Aanrader!
J'ai récemment monté des Thomastick AC211 sur une Gibson 12 cordes de 1966, je n'ai jamais obtenu un son aussi satisfaisant.
J'ai donc commandé des AC 112 pour monter sur des guitares (McPherson en ébène de Macassar & Martin D42) sur lesquelles je montais de ELIXIR phosphore Bronze Medium 13-56. Résultat concluant, beaucoup de projection, tonalité au top et look sympa avec les cordes non filées couleur or. De plus, les cordes filées (Mi grave, La, Ré, Sol) possède un revêtement tissu en haut des cordes pour un meilleur accrochage ce qui évite de blesser la tête quand on les enroule.
Le tirant medium light facilite le jeu tout en gardant la même projection et clarté des médium plus dures, la grosseur (0,59) de la Mi grave ne gêne pas du tout, au contraire.
Je ne changerai plus pour d'autres marques, je recommande.
J'ai commandé pour mes guitares de jazz des Thomastik-Infeld JS112 Jazz Swing Flatwound Medium Light,
j'espère être aussi satisfait que pour celles évoquées ci-avant.

Wel de beste imo!
Mooien warm geluid, en duidelijk verschil met normale snaren.
Minder stroef, snaarspanning beter, en geen gepiep en gekraak bij overpakken snaren en riffs.
